Extract water from floor or carpet with high power flood pumps
With carpeting:
•  Disengage carpet
•  Remove wet pad
•  Clean, disinfect and apply mildicide to treated areas
•  Set up dehumidifier and air movers to dry out areas
•  Remove wet dry walls if necessary
•  After drying process has completed, reinstall new pad
•  Reattach and stretch carpet
•  Clean and deodorize carpet
•  Reset contents and clean
